The staff were exceptionally cheerful and helpful.

I was very impressed with the customer service extended particularly by Gillian and also Nick. Gillian is a credit to your company and goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction in a friendly professional way. Brilliant service!

Overall the experience was very good, the staff were excellent, very friendly and explained everything to me. The 1 thing negative I would say is I wish they had explained the process of setting up the direct debit in better detail before I got there as there was a big delay when I had to find out my bank account number.

everything was explained in detail, with nothing been hidden (extra charges) the cost is great for the service and facilities provided.
