Ease of quote. Then checking in was very easy, especially with the help of the staff, Gill and Peter. Also the 4 weeks half price offer has made the price incredibly reasonable.

Helpfulness on the phone when I rang and on the day, Nick was professional, quick, and clearly really knew the business very well. He is a great ambassador for the firm, hold on to him!

Everything was clean and clearly laid out. Nick and Peter were highly professional, very friendly, helpful and efficient. AND they made me laugh lots while never missing a beat in getting the paperwork done in a timely fashion. Also before we got there the communication was quick and professional to ensure we had what we needed to make it easier when we got there.

It was an easyish set-up with great customer service throughout. once the paper work had been done it was hassle free to get everything in and out. Peter at the Edinburgh branch was very helpful and gave us service with a smile

Any dealings which I have had have been dealt with very professionally. Nothing appeared too much trouble. Pete and Gill were fantastic.
