Staff made process very straight forwards and easy to follow

Staff fantastic...Gill explained everything clearly...no hidden costs etc...felt really supported...moving stuff into storage is not fun!!

Gill has been amazing from start to finish. She followed up on my original enquiry and was helpful but not pushy. Because of this and by offering a discount, I decided to proceed. When we arrived, she couldn't do enough to help us. She explained everything clearly and I was impressed with the services and facilities.

Gaynor who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well looked after. I have confidence my things would be safe.
