Gillian really looked after me and helped me select an appropriate size room when I arrived. She showed me several different rooms and was extremely attentive throughout. Pete also assusted me with an issue I had with payment; I was very well looked after by all and I'm extremely happy and confident with my storage solution.
Because Nick, who booked us in was very good ensuring that we knew how it all worked and put us totally at ease.
Easy to set up online and when I arrived in store, Nick ran through everything with me, discussed the appropriate insurance levels and got the paperwork sorted in an efficient and professional manner.

Great service, good cost, simple and effective
Very friendly staff who were very helpful (Peter who was working at noon on Saturday 25th February at the Edinburgh store). Very secure, easy van access and also the trolleys make it easy to get items to the storage unit.
Both Peter and Jill at the Big Yellow (Calder Road, Edinburgh) were very helpful and obliging. They provided me with enough comfort that my possessions would be safe, showed me the size rooms which I could hire, highlighted what special offers/discounts were available to me at all times, made me aware of opening times and just acted in a professional manner from the outset. They both did a fantastic job!
Gill was fantastic when I was in a hard situation, and support from staff was top class. Provided everything I needed and more. Five out of five from me.
