Easy process and helpful staff. Good location

The facility is well located, user friendly and clean. The rates were very good by comparison with competitors. The staff I dealt with (principally Gaynor but also Gill) were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful in explaining all matters to me. Overall my dealings with the company at the Sighthill location has been a very pleasant experience.

The process was very easy, from being able to check in prior to arrival to being shown around by the staff at the depot. Really good value too.

We wanted to store 3 small bags at the airport for 10 days. It was going to cost nearly 200 pounds so we were told about this storage company - a HUGE difference! We were relieved and the staff were excellent and helped up through the whole process
