Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Mark helped me get a better deal, let me check it over and could not have been more helpful. Place was well equipped with trolleys and well secured so I felt more confident leaving my belongings. I was reassured in person about all the queries I had and when I phoned for information before coming staff were helpful and informative. I have booked my personal storage space of 30 sq feet for 8 weeks.

Straight forward to book. The person who dealt with us at the desk provided us with excellent customer service and he was very friendly and helpful. The reasons I have not marked higher are that there was quite a long wait while he processed the people in front of us and a bit of a queue was starting to build up. Also the container that we have as several metal pillars within it which take up quite a bit of space. Fortunately we still have plenty room, however it may have been an issue if we were storing larger items. I also expected the container to have a light in it. We can work round these issues, so not a big problem.

Good website made booking and checking in easy. Straightforward process on arrival day. Clean and well lit facility with good security.

Simple fact that the staff couldn't do enough to help with the set up of the storage I required, Mark Smith who I dealt with was exceptional with every detail leaving me completely satisfied with the whole experience. I'll definitely be back if I need storage facilities in the future.

I was very impressed with all the staff at Big Yellow at Sighthill who helped me - John, Peter and Mark. Mark in particular was exceedingly helpful and made the whole process of sorting out a suitable unit for me not only straightforward but also enjoyable. He was very friendly , kinowledgeable and very pleasant.

Mark made moving in seamless and was very active in ensuring I got the best pricing for what I needed. Mark was very friendly and talked me through all the insurance parts in detail leaving me confident my property was covered. The tour and explanation of the coming and going procedure was clear and easy to understand. The courtesy call the following day to ensure I settled in OK was also very much appreciated adding a personal touch you don't see often.
