Definitely the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen! All in all it was a great experience except wit you don't own a car it's kind of hard to get there.
Notwithstanding Big Yellow are a Business, the Manner in which the staff at my current facility, Edinburgh, reacted to my needs and Change of Location activities, positively, delivering their support in a pleasant and timely manner, is to be commended. Excellent in all respects, the facility provides me with a secured extra space ideal for me current needs.
Hard to fault. Every aspect was clearly thought through - and pretty clear even to my wife and myself who are not computer-fluent spring chickens. You didn't have a category for staff sense of humour! All good there too.

actually, everything about big yellow box for me is good. the service, the staff and everything. To be honest, the store environment is much better than what I expected and how simple to store your stuff is really great. YES, I recommend it to whoever need to store.
