I was really impressed with the staff and their service even prior to deciding to go with Yellow Storage. It was due to their customer service reps that made the decision for me. Never having done anything like this before their help was greaty appreciated, and the cup of tea for my mum even more appreciated. They made us feel more than a customer which is a rare commodity these days.
This was the first time I have used storage facilities and I found the staff at Edinburgh Big Yellow very polite and helpful. The facilities are well kept and easy to use. I would recommend your firm to my friends.

My only dislike is the fact that we had to keep keying in the password every time we had to use the lift to go up, surely there could be an override option. It is frustrating and time consuming when numerous journeys are being made. The lifts also broke down while we were there adding to our stress. There also needs to be a longer delay on the lift. Every time we used it a voice announced "Doors closing" before we were anywhere near ready. Overall clean and good sized units with friendly helpful staff.
Staff were very helpful. Answered all our questions. The environment is clean, bright and secure. Provision of trolleys was such a help. Pricing structure so reasonable, and also allows flexibility if spacing requirements change. We were delighted we had made our intial enquiries, and will definitely use Big Yellow again if we need storage space.
I have just moved out of a 4 bedroom house with my wife and two kids into temporary furnished accomodation (The in-laws!) and needed somewhere to put our things. We discovered the Big Yellow Self Storage, Sighthill, Edinburgh. If you need storage, don't look anywhere else. Best price, best environment, great trolleys to help unload then take to the room and the best service. Maggie looked after me from enquiry to booking me in - she was knowledgeable, helped me find the best deal and was really friendly. I had an urgent need to store some equipment for work. The staff at the Edinburgh branch were extremely helpful and were very patient with me. The space recieved is perfect for what I need and the security and access arrangements are great. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Have to say that the Staff in the Edinburgh branch are wonderful. John the manager went out of his way to explain the benefits of using The Big Yellow Storage and although on his own at the weekend did not make me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. John emailed me confirmation earlier than anticipated which was outstanding. The ladies who registered me are wonderful Maggie and Debbie made myself and my 21mth old really welcome. Looking forward to spending the next couple of years with them.
