Very happy so far, room actually seems to be bigger than the advertised size.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Had abysmal service from a power supplier (whom I won't name) recently - this was a complete contrast. Would recommend Big Yellow without hesitation. In fact, BY was recommended to me by another satisfied customer.

A very good experience - I already had insurance and your team made it clear that this was fine but I needed to have a copy of this policy with them that was valid once my goods were moved.
