Very easy to use, good security. Staff very helpful on arrival. Only one small criticism - could do with more of the big trolleys - had to wait about for one on a busy sunday afternoon

I required to review my existing contract and the staff were very flexible and pro active as I was an exisitng customer they demonstrated their desire to work with me to retain me as a customer. I was very impressed with their skills and making it work for the customer.
found the staff very good to talk to & the interior of building very clean & tidy. love the fact cctv is allover the place nice to know that my stuff is safer than being in a garage.

Big Yellow is so well organised, making storing your household items stress free, everything is to hand e.g. trolleys of varying sizes, it is clean and very efficient. The staff are helpful and when you visit they remember you. I have used two different storage facilites before and would have no hesitation in recommending Big Yellow, far superior than my previous two experiences.
Overall as a storage facility this is great, the staff are helpful and you feel confident whatever you store is safe and secure. The only faults I can comment on were I never noticed any toilets, if there were any they were poorly sign posted, and the location is very difficult to get to during busy periods as the traffic at sighthill is terrible. No complaints really at all about the service I received though!
Very polite and helpful staff and a system that makes moving items in and out as easy as practically possible. I also feel very comfortable with the security arrangements such that it never crosses my mind.
