After browsing the local storage depots, we opted for Big Yellow and have not been disappointed. Very helpful staff made the initial application very easy and now our belongings are in a clean, secure storage and very local for us.

I was using yellow storage to drop off camping gear whilst on holiday and found it extremely easy to do. The staff at edinburgh were so friendly and helpful, from the initial phone call when i made an enquiry to working out a way to drop off gear on a bank holiday monday right through to accepting my gear after the cut off time for the day. Collecting at the end of the holiday was just as easy with again very friendly staff.
I had to arrange last minute storage, and having not used a secure storage facility before, was slightly nervous. I needn't have been. The whole process was explained to me clearly, staff were friendly, the environment was clean and secure. It was all really easy, and great value for money. I was really impressed and would have no hesitation recommending this facility to family and friends.
