We had issues with our zip van so arrived later to check in than planned. But your female team member was super flexible and friendly. She made the check in process easy and was super clear with all communication.

Each time I called up to with a querie the staff were very friendly and very helpful and on my moving in day Darren from Edmonton actually called up to check when I’d be coming in and was very helpful and clear with how it works when I checked in
