I made three visits to the storage facility before taking out two rooms. I was very pleased with how Darren spoke to me professionally and friendly. Darren is the reason I took the room rather then going to access storage which was closer to me
Great service in store! However a few times when calling (and directed to HQ) I didnt find the person I dealt with particularly helpful or wanting to help. If calls are diverted to HQ they should be able to help out on customers cases.
When I move in the store Manager Darren was alone but he is very professional very fast and very active he is dealing with me and as well as he have to load and off load forklift So Many pallet I am very please with his efficiency and customer service
Lakeem was very helpful and pleasant. He answered all of my queries with patience and a smile. Made my first experience of storing hassle free. He was thoughtful and understanding. Overall my experience was satisfying.
