Because Nick was very helpful explained every thing clear and easy check in showed me the room he then thought door was too narrow for my use he gave me a new room

I’m moving house which is a stressful thing. Big yellow makes it easy, simple and great prices. Nick was great! Set me up in no time! Answered all queries I had. Very helpful guy & u cud tell he wanted to help & not just that it was his job to help. He made me feel comfortable about asking all questions no matter how stupid they were.
