The need for insurance was mentioned neither in writing nor verbally and therefore constituted a hidden cost. Otherwise the initial enquiry was handled very professionally.

The young man called Jake was extremely helpful and informative . He was able to show me the storage spaces available and helped me choose the correct size for my needs.

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure, thanks to Nick and Adam at the Eltham site. Moving my furniture into a storage container was performed even better than expected. They even referred me to their contact on the transporting side who did an amazing job.

Everything clear & simple. Only point being not that pratical: not possible to update the inventory list online.
