Excellent customer service and efficiently operated site made moving hassle free

I found the entire experience very easy- from online booking, to contacting the help centre to the eventual check in. Ernest at the Eltham store was especially fantastic! He literally sorted everything out when I was having a nightmare house move situation. All I had to do was sign and go!

Excellent service provided by Ernest(Eltham branch). In short he was: Courteous; helpful; professional; extremely knowledgable; polite; personable and a great communicator.

This was my first time using a storage place and having just graduated from college I’m going through a daunting period, however Ernest made the whole procedure very stress free and easy for me! He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make sure I fully understood everything and felt at ease with it all. Amazing customer service, thank you Ernest :).

The entire experience was fantastic - from enquiry to quotations and through to reservation booking / cancellation, on-line check-in and moving-in. The end-to-end process was flawless.
