It’s all good Price can be better Not just half price for a couple of months then would be used longer periods of time

It was easy to set up and reserve a space, the staff was very friendly and the location was good as it was close to a bus stop.

Very easy and quick to get things done at the office. The guy, Ernest, at the reception was very good and friendly with nice smile, making you feel comfortable. It was nice of him to offer us drinks although we declined.

Very easy to deal with and flexible

Got to the place a bit later than intended but I was helped & everything explained, I wasn't rushed because it being passed closing time, Katie that served me was absolutely fantastic.

I like the level of security, the frendly supporting and helping staff (Jake and Katie at Eltham), the fact that I can easily access my storage space at comfortable time.

The man who helped me, Ernest, at the Eltham location, made my experience the most pleasant, easy, stressfree experience I've had with any storage company. He has shown the best customer service I have encountered since moving here.

Personal service was excellent but feel that you could do better on pricing.
