Jake was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable

Don’t believe you should have to pay for a padlock, this should be included in the price of rental. In addition it should be the renters choice if they want insurance or not, it shouldn’t be a requirement.

Because from start to moving in all the staff at the eltham branch were very pleasant to deal with and couldn't help enough i would highly recommend your services to other people.

Jake was friendly and helpful and despite it being the end of a busy Saturday shift was still smiling and provided great customer service.

The check in lady was lovely, I thinks she was called Katie? She’s pregnant (as was the man very informative) - the organisation was great especially the trolleys ready to load and roll into the lifts. Very quick to get our items into the unit.

We had a great check in experience courtesy of Jacob (Jake) and for that reason highly recommend the store and ease of use.

The staff were great. Late was lovely and gave me a moving guy recommendation who was very professional. Ernest made the entire process easy and smooth.
