I was very impressed by my moving into the Big Yellow store. Moving house is a very stressful experience, and Adam the Store Manager, was very professional from start to finish. He took time to go through everything on the phone, prior to me moving in, including recommending removal services...which i also used, and he was very helpful when i arrived with all my goods to put into the storage. Katie (i believe was her name), was also very helpful. I would definantly be recommending them to all my friends/family.

Jake was very helpful, and after a long day moving and packing- the coffee he made was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Everybody have been pleasant and helpful. Asked if I would like a different room than was given at first - I did want a different room without a column, Jake had shown me a couple and I choose another. Thanks Jake.

The colleague I dealt with (Ernest) was excellent and I could not fault him. However the amount I was asked to pay was higher (£25 per week) than the initial quote (£15 per week) and I had not budgeted for this.
