Customer reviews for Eltham Self Storage

Very well, I was impressed.

Amazing. Quick. Generous with his time. Personal. Ernest was a gentleman and knew his stuff (and his way around amazingly). He also made clear what I was paying and why, broke it down for me efficiently and helped us any way he could (and offered us coffee which was NEEDED) Thanks Ernest and BigYellow

From my first call and first visit to big yellow storage, the courteous nature and competent expertise of your team shone through. You were able to help price match a similar offering from a local competitor, even at short notice. Ernest has been absolutely fantastic during the signing in and check in process. He has made sure I was fully supported and at ease to make the stress of a move relatively stress free!

I’ve been to many storage facilities but have never found a more accommodating host. Made us feel most welcome and was a joy to chat with. Not all heroes wear capes

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very well

The whole process was very convenient and efficient. The gentleman who booked me in at Eltham offered first class customer service. Would highly recommend.

The call after my initial enquiry was helpful and not over pushy, which I really appreciated.

Very good customer service I’ll give a 10

We had initial difficulties with the web site but on telephoning the local branch at Eltham the help we received from Adam was exceptional. We were shown the room which soughted our requirements, the costs were clearly explained. We were also given the chance to purchase various size boxes that suited our needs. Adam was extremely helpful and I would recommend Yellow boxes to anyone. The security arrangements inspired confidence. It is clean and easily accessed with lots of various sized trolleys for the movement of boxes or furniture.
