From start to finish Big Yellow’s customer service was amazing, I couldn’t fault a single thing. My first contact was via the telephone, Daniel dealt with my enquiry efficiently and was a pleasure to speak to. We had a storage unit sorted within 5 minutes and took a massive chunk of stress out of my house move. When we arrived at the storage unit at Eltham, James was a absolute star, again he was a pleasure to speak to, answered every question we had and answered them all extremely well, he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. James is a credit to your stores. All in all Big Yellow is A* from the customer service down to the ease of moving in to the unit. I will be highly recommending your services to anyone that will listen.
