Because of the quality of customer service I received from Darren; he was helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't have done any more to explain the process, answer my questions and put my mind at rest.

Staff were really helpful from my first call, was always updated regarding other services ie van hire , size of units etc . first class when buying all the right items and on the day of storage excellent help for a first time user.
