It would have been good to have all the information I needed prior to storing my belongings. For example I was not aware that I could check-in prior to the date I was moving in. It would have saved me time.

I have never used self storage before. The customer service was really good when booking the storage room on the telephone and also in store. The whole process was very straight forward also
