The overal experience was very quick and easy,the staff very helpful.

Easy and helpful telephone reservation with friendly staff member who was approachable regarding asking first-time questions, organised and smooth advanced check-in process from the email. Another friendly staff member and team to greet us at the building, guide us through and not rush through helping us be selective of our space and make sure we're fully prepared to return once more. Our staff member Adam kindly included a first day's late entry for free (which was logical based upon our late arrival but something other companies may have charged regardless so thanks for using a human approach to it, it went appreciated) many thanks. P.s. good indoor layout with mockup space (perhaps build some rollout blinds from the walls that can simulate the size of space yet further, just an idea).

Helpful at a stressful time of moving house

The person i had on the phone didn't provide me all the informations. So i had to pay more than expected and wasn't aware of everything. Then after One of your employer called Ellie (big yellow eltham) has been able to provide all the informations, thanks to her. Then my 24 hours access wasn't working so i came for nothing and was oblige to come the next day. Bad experience

Quick to setup, great support from reception, clean facility, easy to move around, didn't wait a lot for the elevators although quite a busy Saturday.

I am satisfied with the assistance and advice given by the customer service agent.
