Welcoming staff on arrival and the units are nice and secure and conditions inside are good.

The unit we reserved online was in a corner, even though it was the size we wanted, we only realized it was that shape when we got there. But, the lady tgat was assisting us quickly found a solution and got us a same size unit but in the middle of other units so it would have a more fitting shape for our belongings. She was attentive and very professional aswell as her supervisor. Very happy overall

we found the service we got from your team was of the best we have had in looking for storage and would go back time and time again

Very efficient

Service at the counter was good but the room is awful, awkward shape with a big pole in the middle, also isn't anywhere near the size I have paid for, will be making a complaint and expecting money back
