The person i had on the phone didn't provide me all the informations. So i had to pay more than expected and wasn't aware of everything. Then after One of your employer called Ellie (big yellow eltham) has been able to provide all the informations, thanks to her. Then my 24 hours access wasn't working so i came for nothing and was oblige to come the next day. Bad experience
