My initial enquiry was met really well by Kim at the Exeter storage centre. She was patient, kind and clear on the phone and sent a detailed quote via email as soon as we finished speaking.
Quite well, however they didn’t really make it clear that they wouldn’t pick up the boxes themselves.

However when I informed Kim of the nature of my work, she was totally understanding and accommodating. The process was nonetheless very easier, but easier than I anticipated.
