Hi, re-Exeter ,Grace Road premises, After I emailed an enquiry I got an immediate phone call from Kim, who was friendly and helpful. Initially went to visit the store & Steve was amazing showning me around and explaining everything. On first visit to site with parcels to store, again Steve patiently went through everything and explained the contracts. Brian also helped with some info.A great team and a pleasure to do business with.

I spoke with Kim on the phone initially and she was very helpful and friendly. The process was explained to me clearly and her customer service was great, she seemed very genuine.

Quite well, however they didn’t really make it clear that they wouldn’t pick up the boxes themselves.

My initial enquiry was met really well by Kim at the Exeter storage centre. She was patient, kind and clear on the phone and sent a detailed quote via email as soon as we finished speaking.
