Both Steve and Kim were so helpful in getting set up for our storage space. They were flexible to accommodate our changing plans and once we arrived the sign in process was smooth and quick. Storage unit is clean, cool and secure. Prices represent good value, I wouldn't go elsewhere.

The initial enquiry was handled well although the advisor did underestimate the size of the space required for what I was requesting to store. This was quickly and easily rectified on arrival, where I was shown two alternatives for storage and able to choose between the two. The online register process was simple and straightforward. Customer service by Steve on arrival and throughout the process of completing paperwork was excellent, both professional and friendly. A very welcome experience having been let down by my removal firm which had led to me requiring storage in the first place
