My initial enquiry was quite pleasant as I had used the storage facility previously (before it changed to Armadillo). It was good to see the same FOH staff that I had dealt with before. They were very thorough and courteous, and are a credit to your facility.

Contact was initially quite persistent, which doesn't work well being contacted regularly given my work commitments. However when I informed Kim of the nature of my work, she was totally understanding and accommodating. The process was nonetheless very easier, but easier than I anticipated. It was a very personal experience, with fantastic customer service from start to finish.

I greatly appreciated being notified about shortage of storage when I mentioned interest in booking!
