Apart from one phone call all of my contact with Armadillo Exeter has been with the manager Stephen Patrick. I am a very senior Senior Citizen and he was extremely helpful with my initial enquiries, the decision making process and with the ultimate documentation and moving into a suitable storage unit for my needs. I cannot commend him too highly.
Kim was friendly, efficient and helpfull. Excellent overall, would very happily recommend to other people.
good
Professionally. Courtesly. Friendly.
Easy to get the quote, very easy to reserve the unit. The online registration went smoothly and when arriving at the depot the staff were helpful and explained everything clearly.
Great customer service and helpful advice. Friendly staff are able to answer your queries and even change your booking when you get the space size underestimated!! Easy to book and online check in was walk through - great experience.
All good the staff made it very easy.
Every person I have spoke with has been helpful, friendly and professional. Can’t fault all the team
The online enquiry was very easy and not long after I received a personal call regarding my enquiry and what steps i needed to take next.
Steve was both friendly and professional on the phone. The staff in the office were equally as good, particularly Brian who dealt with our rental and took us through every step clearly and cheerfully.
