I was very well looked after by the team, having never used storage before everything was dealt with superbly.

just excellent. the original quote was outside my budget but they took the time and effort to come back to me and work with me to accommodate my requirements. they're so professional and have kept me updated without any jargon every step of the way. they couldn't have made things easier and the customer service standard has been mirrored across all staff I've dealt with. would highly recommend and I'm so glad I chose them!

At every stage the enquiry was handled professionally and in a friendly manner. No enquiry was too much trouble, no matter how trivial. They made what could have been a stressful event very easy.

I made an initial enquiry online which was very easy and gave me all the information I wanted. Kim at the Exeter unit rang me later that morning and was really helpful. I ended up speaking to her a couple of times and she also got be booked in when I first arrived. First class service, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. I've got no expectations of needing to book storage space again soon - but if I do, I'll have no hesitation in booking with you guys again.

I thought the service was wonderful. Friendly and chatty staff made me feel at ease. Understand what I was looking for. Fantastic customer service.
