The staff went out of their way to help us and to ensure that everything was ok. They were friendly and kind, even made us a much needed coffee while we were doing the paperwork. We couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thank you!

Prompt phone call response after web enquiry. Process is straightforward. Check-in in store takes a little while but you are made aware of how long it will take.

I was looking for easy access storage for my house move.found armadillo on line and they are just around the corner making it easy for me to access.booked it a few weeks ago very easy to do online and i was surprised to get a follow up call the same day .popped in to start my self store was met by a very professional lady called kim who confidently took me through the whole procedure and i left feeling pleased that i choose armadillo self storage.I even wanted out of hours access which was arranged. the team there in exeter all seem really helpful and committed a credit to the company i will be using you again for my business and recommend your firm. Turned up 15 mins before closing but still received excellent service. Didn’t feel rushed, was given all the information I needed and had a look at the units to help with choosing the right size for my needs.

We moved from Malta to the UK and, from interaction with Stephen from a distance and then with Brian and Kim when we returned to the UK, the service has been excellent.

They made everything easy and they were really friendly.

Super clear and simple, and someone easily available to answer any questions I might have.
