I found it very easy from the minute I researched armadillo. The website was easy to navigate and obvious sizing options to explore. The reservation, check in and move in were all also very easy.

The service provided by Armadillo has been great. Booking and checking in online was very straight forward. Brian was very efficient and informative during the moving in process. Everything was so quick and easy. Kim at the branch was wonderful and really gave 100% customer service and made us feel welcome. She also engaged very well with us and talked to us like human beings and not just another customer 10/10.

Steve was amazing. 2 hours from query to moved in. Price matched both room fee and insurance.
