Extremely easy with very efficient communication over the phone and via email

Excellent!

Contact was initially quite persistent, which doesn't work well being contacted regularly given my work commitments. However when I informed Kim of the nature of my work, she was totally understanding and accommodating. The process was nonetheless very easier, but easier than I anticipated. It was a very personal experience, with fantastic customer service from start to finish.

I greatly appreciated being notified about shortage of storage when I mentioned interest in booking!

All contact with Armadillo Exeter has been of the highest professionalism. Clear and coherent instructions were given. No problems or difficulties were encountered.

Both Steve and Kim were so helpful in getting set up for our storage space. They were flexible to accommodate our changing plans and once we arrived the sign in process was smooth and quick. Storage unit is clean, cool and secure. Prices represent good value, I wouldn't go elsewhere.
