From beginning to end the service was incredibly flexible and easy to use. The online forms and check-in service allow you to fill in details at your own pace and the follow-up call from the staff allow for things to get booked in faster. I ended up mismanaging my time and calling to see if I could put my stuff in a day later and it was no problem at all. The staff (Joanne) on the day were so helpful and made it clear that if my stuff didn't fit in the storage room booked I could move to the next size up with no issues.

Quite simply down to the superb staff at the dept. The Manager Joe really went above the call of duty to help make the whole process of placing my items into storage at his depot a simple and stress free event.
