Excellent customer service and ease of access and location

Service throughout was excellent

The process of getting a storage sorted was clear, simple and straight-forward. I was shown my storage unit once everything was complete and can start storing my belongings on the same day.

It is a fantastic idea and would recommend- but it is expensive so maybe prohibitive to some friends

Tony and Joanne had both been amazing at helping me find the best solution to my problem. Tony had been very patient and understanding as we had been having a tough time with dates for our house move. He even extended it for me as we had been let down. He came up with some great advice which really made me feel like he was trying to find the best solution for me. Joanne was a great help whenever I needed to clarify anything she was great. I also dealt with another gentleman who I am embarrassed to say I can't remember his name (sorry), but again was really friendly and helpful. It was a couple of days after I had booked in that he helped me. Having happy and helpful staff to greet people and guide us is fantastic! I know I will need to upgrade my unit soon and Tony has made sure everything I need is sorted. Just great customer care. Thank you
