I am mostly happy, but it would have been good to have the insurance quote with the weekly hire quote to determine the full costs. I couldn't find the cost of insurance anywhere on your website.

I had a last minute no notice need for storage. Your site was easy to use. Genevieve at East Finchley was incredibly helpful and clear. I then went to the wrong one, one closer to me and the guy - forgot his name - got my details efficiently and was really helpful. He organised me and check in in a way that saved me time and helped me to the storage area and was really clear at the end about all details of the contract despite having a heavy cold. Btw my closest storage was at A1 whetstone but they were closed so you guys got the work. Really impressed with how easy it was.
