Fulham Big Yellow Storage couldn't have been easier! The staff were so helpful and clear with the costs, instructions etc. My belongings have been very happy in their little storage unit!
Customer service at reception and by phone was very polite and professional. My service at the store was very straight forward and dealt with all my questions and contract at ease. I found the locker areas clean easy to use and knowing my goods are safe. Very happy to use this service again and will definately tell all my family and friends where to store there goods.
We have a simple storage requirement for 3 suitcases. The smallest container was ideal. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location was precisely where we needed it to be. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Your option below "What size?" shouldn't that be "cu ft"?

It has been less than a week since I started to use BY to store wine and other things from the business I run, and so far everything has worked fine. Seems a very efficient service.

Great follow up service after booking online. When I was let down on the day by the man and van I phoned Big Yellow Fulham and they gave me the name of a company who were able to send someone out within two hours to pick up my boxes! As this company knew the Big Yellow the van driver knew exactly what to do with the boxes when we arrived. Check in very friendly and efficient. Really recommend them again.
