Great follow up service after booking online. When I was let down on the day by the man and van I phoned Big Yellow Fulham and they gave me the name of a company who were able to send someone out within two hours to pick up my boxes! As this company knew the Big Yellow the van driver knew exactly what to do with the boxes when we arrived. Check in very friendly and efficient. Really recommend them again.
