We Dealt with a member of staff who was very Knowledgeable and personable. He explained every thing very clearly and answered any questions we had. Very good service
Initial enquiry was made online, and was very straighforward. I needed some clarification info around the required steps when moving in, but Mo and Neil at the store were absolutely excellent at giving me clear and simple answers to my questions.

In store team including Marie, Mo and Neil couldn’t be faulted. Had a bit of trouble logging in to the check in system however this was sorted by Marie and the IT team

The initial enquiry was with Mo who was very helpful. I struggled with booking in online and had some banter with Neil as he had told me it was easy! All in all a very good experience, with friendly and helpful staff.
