My initial chat with Marie explained all I needed to know, she was extremely helpful and is a credit to her employer.

I rang and asked if I could get a better deal over the phone than online and they halved the quote!! The staff were really nice and polite and it meant a lot!

I could not say enough nice things about the team at Big Yellow, Gloucester if I tried. Everything has been easy and efficient. I was called immediately after my initial enquiry and the conversation was very helpful. I have since had to move my booking twice which has been zero hassle. Booking in was made easy, everything was explained clearly and the prices were all explained. Moving in was very simple and the layout of the building makes things very easy. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to also request extended access hours which made my house move that bit easier. Thank you, it has been the simplest part of my house move so far!

The online check in system was long, but easy to understand. When I arrived, it turned out the unit I had booked was too small, and working with Mo, we upgraded for only a minimal increase in price. I really appreciate how easy he made the whole system, as I had no idea what to expect going in, having not used a storage facility in the past.
