The whole process was easy i could say . The only thing is they keep failing to send the paper work through email how they told me when I sign the papers . Which makes is a little frustrating and unprofessional

My initial enquiry was handled very well by the staff at Gloucester, even to Mo walking up and down the stairs with me on hearing I did not like lifts . On moving in he even managed to move my room from the first floor to the ground floor so I didn’t have to go up and down the stairs. In fact they were both very professional and helpful.

was online filling in form, got a call back before completing form all good. when we went in to complete booking the assistant was brilliant think he was called Gareth ?? mon 20 July am red hair !! very helpful explained everything
