My initial enquiry was handled very well by the staff at Gloucester, even to Mo walking up and down the stairs with me on hearing I did not like lifts . On moving in he even managed to move my room from the first floor to the ground floor so I didn’t have to go up and down the stairs. In fact they were both very professional and helpful.

My initial enquiry was through the website and I received a follow-up call from the manager John who was extremely helpful. We talked through my situation and John advised me on everything that would be available. The online check in was so easy and when I arrived at the unit I was met by Mo who again was very knowledgeable and polite. At all times following Covid-19 restrictions. He explained everything and went through all documentation and surveys efficiently and appropriately. Mo then showed me to the unit and on the way explained all of the security and safety details as we went. Confirming I was happy with everything Mo was then available in the office if I needed anything further. It really couldn't have been any easier. The whole site is so clean and tidy too which gives you confidence that they really do look after the place.

I spoke with John on the phone and he was really helpful and explained the best solution for me. On arrival I was assisted by Mo and he was really friendly and clear with the process. Overall both John and Mo made the experience really easy and took away a stress of relocating. Very happy.
