Very thorough check in and explanation as to how to access the storage.

The complete operation appears to be very well organised and well operated

staff were exceptionally helpful and gave excellent advice, suggesting we needed a smaller unit than that chosen - which was correct.

Very nice polite and helpful reception girl. A refreshing change. Excellent clean facility.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and I felt at ease, We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were advised on what storage unit would suit us the best and at the best price, the Manager at Gloucester was amazing :-) and would highly recommend the company - happy customers on leaving. Couldn’t ask for a better service A*
