As soon as we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and I felt at ease, We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were advised on what storage unit would suit us the best and at the best price, the Manager at Gloucester was amazing :-) and would highly recommend the company - happy customers on leaving. From the beginning, the manager John and his staff welcomed me and took care of me. As I have never used a storage before. Everyone was fantastic.

Marie was excellent, very approachable, friendly and listened to our needs. Easy access, clean and safe.
