Easy to use and great customer service

Very helpful initial phone call. Courteous and friendly reception by a delightful member of staff (Marie). Paperwork clearly explained. Shown to allotted storage room and all security procedures also clearly explained. Thank you.

Both John (the Manager) and another employee whose name I can't remember, were extremely helpful, no questions I asked were too much trouble for them to answer.

The complete operation appears to be very well organised and well operated

staff were exceptionally helpful and gave excellent advice, suggesting we needed a smaller unit than that chosen - which was correct.
