As soon as we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and I felt at ease, We were offered a cup of tea whilst we were advised on what storage unit would suit us the best and at the best price, the Manager at Gloucester was amazing :-) and would highly recommend the company - happy customers on leaving. yes every time we called in for information we were dealt with very professionally, all was explained which left no grey areas. on arriving with our storage items we were offered coffee and made very welcome. all in all quite enjoyable. also the storage room was lovely and clean which pleased my wife and gave us both confidence. thank you.
