John was so helpful when I phoned - I had tried a store in Cheltenham but didn't get such good advice and Lydia was really knowledgeable and helpful when we arrived at the store. It was all so easy

I arrived late at the Gloucester storage site yesterday due to traffic, but the person on duty, Marie, kindly agreed to stay 40 minutes past her working hours to help get me set up with a locker. This ended up saving me a four hour round trip!

Staff were very courteous and helpful. I was given a guided tour of facilities and all procedures were explained to me clearly. I cannot fault them at all

The service was great I feel the insurance you provide is quite expensive for a small amount of cover think this should be looked at
