I feel I was looked after v.well from my initial enquiry right through to leaving. Everything was explained clearly and it was pretty much a faultlessly executed process throughout!!

Booked in on line to save time. However, it took an unacceptable length of time to finalise all details on site. I was also charged incorrectly which then required a refund. My experience was in my view not great customer service

The receptionist (Marie) was professional, efficient and helpful. The move in process was clearly explained, and the price was as I had been quoted previously. Would definitely use again.

The lady on the front desk Lydia - just took control and sorted out all teh paperwork while we continued to load the facility allocated to us. She is an asset to the company
