Pleasant service. Efficient and friendly staff.

The lady (can't remember her name but she had purple hair) that checked me in was really friendly and made the experience easy. She explained my bill when I miss understood. She's a real asset to your team,

Process was straightforward. Handy to be able to do paperwork at one Big yellow for storage at another.

Staff were helpful ,staff had a sense of humour too .put us at ease and made it a painless experience.

It provided all that we needed. Well informed. Shame about having to pay for a period upfront when we knew the precise time we needed. Hope the refund goes smoothly!
