The staff Lydia and Marie at Gloucester were fantastic, very efficient and professional

On Friday 23rd June we were driving from Canterbury with a full load of furniture etc as we are relocating to Hereford. The storage company we originally booked would not wait for us as we were running late due to traffic. So we were near to Gloucester with a full load and nowhere to go at 16:00 in the evening,very stressed and tired after four and a half hours driving. We called Big Yellow in the hopes they could help and two amazing girls helped us to organize our storage room, made us a cup of tea and saved us from driving back home with our stuff. So thank you Big Yellow, you are amazing!!!!!

The service I received by John was fantastic. His effecient methods and polite demeanour really made what was a difficult day quite pleasant. The options available then and in the future definitely secured my business. The facilities are great, modern, secure and competitively priced.

I feel I was looked after v.well from my initial enquiry right through to leaving. Everything was explained clearly and it was pretty much a faultlessly executed process throughout!!

Booked in on line to save time. However, it took an unacceptable length of time to finalise all details on site. I was also charged incorrectly which then required a refund. My experience was in my view not great customer service
