Very friendly member of staff. Offered me a cup of tea. Apologised because another customer was having a problem and he had to sort it out.

Easy to book. Good security. Clean. Availability of trollies, sack barrows, dollies. Clean customer loo. Helpful and friendly staff.

The contact when i arrive yesterday - John was very helpful. I believe he understood we were tired from packing up during the day, and was accomodating in us being new with Big Yellow.

Everything explained well and given every chance to look at the room and make sure it fitted my needs. Marie at Gloucester was great
