Dion is an absolute super star and a credit to the Big Yellow company. I have spent my entire working life in customer service in one way shape or form and the way Dion conducts business at Big Yellow is the best I have ever seen. Great!
I made an enquiry in store and was so surprised at how nice everyone was. It was very easy to find out what I needed to know as Dion happily answered any sort of question I had, no matter how simple it was! I was assured that I could change my mind at the last minute because I was initially unsure about how much stuff I needed to store, Kelly helped me with this when I moved my stuff in and gave me a good deal when it turned out I needed more room. Overall the process was very stress-free.

Due to unforeseen circumstance I had to move out of my student house asap and needed a place to store my items. MY experience with Dione (and later Layla on checkout) was made very pleasant and and all in all made the whole day enjoyable despite moving out. He was very helpful on the process and went above and beyond in trying to get me the best deal to suit my needs. He completely understood my needs and most of all the urgency in the situation and helped make the process very quick. I would definitely recommend to other student and if moving in future rather than moving things home and then to the new house I will definitely use storage again.
