Really well, I couldn't get the start date I wanted online but a call from the office got me the date I wanted to start on. Great service throughout and really friendly staff.
The engagement with Big Yellow has been fantastic from start to finish. I had a number of storage options and in the end chose Big Yellow after receiving a very friendly call from ‘Dion’ in response to my e-mail enquiry. He explained the options, process and costs and made it all seem so simple that I’d not bother researching other portions further. He and all of the staff have been fantastic. I can’t think how you could make it any easier to store your possessions - well done on providing a good value, high quality service.
Dion is an absolute super star and a credit to the Big Yellow company. I have spent my entire working life in customer service in one way shape or form and the way Dion conducts business at Big Yellow is the best I have ever seen. Great!

I made an enquiry in store and was so surprised at how nice everyone was. It was very easy to find out what I needed to know as Dion happily answered any sort of question I had, no matter how simple it was! I was assured that I could change my mind at the last minute because I was initially unsure about how much stuff I needed to store, Kelly helped me with this when I moved my stuff in and gave me a good deal when it turned out I needed more room. Overall the process was very stress-free.

The customer experience is superb. From the website forms to the phone support and the reception. Everything is well explained and visualised both online and at the place.
