Excellent Eddy at Fulham found the prices and then the team at Slyfield made it simple

Brilliantly, super easy and understandable

I couldn’t be there to oversee the move of my items to the storage because of Covid restrictions. I haven’t had any calls regarding the move today, so I assume everything went well. The company were very accommodating even when I changed the day. I was super impressed with the sat at both Guildford units. I would like to give a big shout out to Ian and Erin. Thank you.

Very helpful assistance by Naz but I would comment that the check in time was too lengthy.

Both Slyfield and brooklands were excellent - a shame brooklands could not price match slyfield as is closer but understand its a business and there must be sound business logic around the pricing model.

I had a best experience with Nazanin, she was very helpful and keen to help me to register and find the right size storage for me. It was a best experience and I would recommend big yellow storage to my friends and family. Thank you for your help and advice.

Naz was super friendly and very efficient, great customer service. The whole process took quite a long time with many things to sign, it would be great if you could speed up the process but otherwise very well organised! You could also make the size of the locks required a bit clearer on your website, we brought our own lock and was told we couldn’t use it. Thanks!
