Very clear and simple to understand. I was explained everything very well.

In this difficult and testing time due to Covid 19 and my own difficult situation ,my experience with Johnie and Ian on the phone was first rate,sympathetic,helpful and understanding. I had to change dates 3 times due to Government guidelines and room size once. This was all handled efficiently, quickly and most wonderfully of all with friendliness and good humour. On my check in day I was greeted by Nina and she again was first rate. Clear,efficient,helpful,well presented with excellent manners and friendly disposition. I also got to meet Johnnie who was just as good as he had been on the phone. The team made a difficult day for me so easy. I wish all companies were run by people like these!
