Naz did her best to full explain the contract and show me around the storage facility. She was very polite

Variety of space offered, able to see space. Prices very clear and good value for money. Staff obliging and knowledgeable. Easy.

Very happy with the process. The initial phone enquiry and booking was well handled; the on-line booking-in was simple; and Erin was very welcoming and knowledgeable when we arrived.

Both ladies were super kind and helpful, I have chosen the comoany because of them.

I couldn’t be there to oversee the move of my items to the storage because of Covid restrictions. I haven’t had any calls regarding the move today, so I assume everything went well. The company were very accommodating even when I changed the day. I was super impressed with the sat at both Guildford units. I would like to give a big shout out to Ian and Erin. Thank you.

Very helpful assistance by Naz but I would comment that the check in time was too lengthy.

Both Slyfield and brooklands were excellent - a shame brooklands could not price match slyfield as is closer but understand its a business and there must be sound business logic around the pricing model.
