Customer reviews for Guildford Slyfield Self Storage

We had had quotes from various storage companies, and although the online price at Big Yellow was not the cheapest, the gentleman I spoke to was able to give a better quote whilst on the phone to me, unlike one of their competitors who took over an hour to come back to me with what would have been the best quote, despite being the most expensive initially. However this other company lost my business because they could not offer this special price whilst on the phone to me, unlike Big Yellow The whole process was very straightforward

No complaints

Naz went the extra mile to get me the right deal for me. I am glad I ended up dealing with her.

I spoke with Erin and Alex on separate occasions. They were amazing, they are brilliant at their jobs and had all the answers and reassurance I needed. I would be grateful if you could say thank you to them.

At all stages of the process the team in Guildford have been great and very professional

The team at Guildford were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A joy to deal with! Amazing customer service!

Very enthusiastic, friendly staff. I needed storage fast and Naz provided it at a great price

Brilliant service from the moment I entered my enquiry online & Naz phoned me to assist with the room size & location. I then had a call from Alex the next day to talk me through the process to attend & sign the paperwork When I arrived Ian looked after me & was very professional in explaining the entry & exit procedure & walking me through the storage & my room. He was really helpful but so was the female staff member ( cant remember her name but she has been there 7 years & managed to sort out a stubborn combination padlock! ) Outstanding customer service team....thoroughly impressed.

really swift response to enquiry with clear guidelines on usage. Customer service at reception was excellent with good Covid processes in place. I work in a customer service environment and found the whole process a delight in difficult circumstances

Excellent service.
