Initially spoke with Kelly at Guildford Central who was very professional, friendly and helpful, I was looking forward to meeting her when booking in on site. However was inadvertently taken to Guildford Slyfield, where Alex, Ian and Naz greeted me warmly and professionally, kindly sorting out my computer file transfer over to Slyfield, happily hosting me with proper cup of hot coffee and showing me "how it all works". The entire check-in experience was made very pleasant collectively by Kelly, Naz, Alex and Ian, cheers Emma

Booking our self storage with Big Yellow was easy enough. There was a slight hiccup when I arrived to drop our belongings off, but this came about because my husband had made the booking whilst working abroad and the team requested to change details of the booking to accommodate my dealing direct with the Guildford facility. My husband became a little frustrated on the phone and all credit to Alex and Ian; their understanding and level of customer service was second to none. In a time where customer service is so often lacking, this was a breath of fresh air. So thank you to them both!!

'Nazaneen' at the branch of Guildford Slyfield made the booking and move of my belongings into the storage space easy and stress free due to this being the first time of experiencing using storage space. She was friendly, understanding and extremely excellent in her customer service.

Brilliant from start to finish

Jonny did a great job in greeting us when we came to inquire about storage, he walked us thru the process and spent time to make sure we understood the requirements and procedures. He took us to the ubit and did a complete walk thru. We completed the online application process and when we came back Alex helped us finish - again extremely helpful, explained all the options and answered our questions. I fell 100% confident in the process and facility - and value for money.
