Initial enquiry was over the phone and Johnny ran through all the options and potential space. Found it very easy to discuss what I needed. Nothing phased him - was good to have that calm voice on the end of the phone when you think you may have left it too late and your belongings could end up on the street!!
Alex provided us with a quote on the space and then Ian helped us with the details to set up our account and show us our storage space. Both extremely helpful staff and very friendly - at the Slyfield center.

Slightly Tricky Website UX: i) There is a bit of a dis-join between the online check experience and then having to complete registration at the desk on arrival. The website should make it clearer that there are additional mandatory documentation steps before the agreement is signed i.e. it's not an exclusively digital experience to rent a yellow storage space. ii) After you enter your personal digits to create your entry code on the website, the site prefixes additional characters and it isn't entirely clear what's happened which is slightly confusing UX. However, this was made up for by Ian and Naz's superb customer service over the phone and once I had arrived at the facility.
