Initial enquiry was over the phone and Johnny ran through all the options and potential space. Found it very easy to discuss what I needed. Nothing phased him - was good to have that calm voice on the end of the phone when you think you may have left it too late and your belongings could end up on the street!!

Alex provided us with a quote on the space and then Ian helped us with the details to set up our account and show us our storage space. Both extremely helpful staff and very friendly - at the Slyfield center.

All straightforward. Re. the store selection question below, I'd give equal weight to location, service, quality of store, security and value for money, as they are all important but I can only choose one of them.
